Justin Musella

Chairman, Parsippany

Justin Musella of Parsippany serves as the Chairman of the Morris County Young Republicans . Growing up in Franklin Lakes, Justin has been active in local politics since a young age having volunteered on campaigns before he could vote. Politics is one of Justin's core passions and as a loyal Republican he believes it is his duty and responsibility to be active in making meaningful contributions to the party at a local level. Growing the club to be the largest YR organization in the state is his core focus for the upcoming year. In his professional life, he is a Business Development Manager for the US with Drooms, a data room company.

Julie Lapatka

Vice Chair, Boonton Town

Julie Lapatka, CPA, of Boonton Township, will serve as the Board's Treasurer, a role that she previously held from 2014-2017. In that time period, Lapatka has also volunteered on many local campaigns. She received a degree in accounting from the University of Delaware in 2011 and has performed accounting, auditing, and financial services for several corporations. She was formerly professional figure skater and serves as a figure skating coach in her spare time.

Michael Frequenza

Treasurer, Succasunna

Michael Frequenza grew up in Passaic County and recently moved to Morris County and resides in Succasunna. He received a dual undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from William Paterson University and an MBA from SUNY. Michael has always given back to his community and been extremely active in his township by participating in extracurricular activities such as refereeing, coaching and volunteering for the elderly. Michael has a high passion for politics and wants to go above and beyond to bring conservative views to the local community. In his professional career, Michael works for Lumen Technologies, a Fortune 500 IT company that enables organizations to capitalize on emerging applications and power the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Joe Bock

Secretary, Boonton

Julie Lapatka, CPA, of Boonton Township, will serve as the Board's Treasurer, a role that she previously held from 2014-2017. In that time period, Lapatka has also volunteered on many local campaigns. Chris Paz

State Committeeman, Roxbury

Chris Paz, a lifelong resident of Roxbury, graduated from Rutgers University-Newark in 2019 with a BA in Political Science and Criminal Justice. During his senior year of college in 2018, he interned for Assemblyman Jay Webber’s congressional campaign. In 2019, Chris volunteered for Assemblywoman Aura Dunn’s Assembly campaign. He now works as a Legislative Aide for Assemblywoman Dunn in the 25th legislative district and looks forwards to growing his involvement with NJ Republican politics via the Morris County Young Republicans. In his free time, he likes to workout and spend time with his friends and family.

Ashley Felice

State Committeewoman, Chatham Township

Ashley  Felice is a licensed attorney with a Masters in Business  Administration.  She began her career as a Real Estate attorney, and  then transitioned to In-House Counsel for a large Health Care  Organization.  After several years in the legal field, Ashley pursued  her dream of owning and operating her own business by taking ownership  of a small health care services company and growing it to multiple  locations throughout the state of Florida.  Ashley relocated to New  Jersey with her husband, Chris, almost a decade ago, and continued to  operate her business remotely.  Ashley made the strategic decision to  sell the business to a larger organization that could absorb the  employees and continue her growth vision for the business she  successfully built.  Since then, Ashley and her family have put down  roots in Chatham Township and recently got elected to the Chatham  Township Committee.
