Justin Musella

Chairman

Justin Musella of Morris Township serves as the Chairman of the Morris County Young Republicans . Growing up in Franklin Lakes, Justin has been active in local politics since a young age having volunteered on campaigns before he could vote. Politics is one of Justin's core passions and as a loyal Republican he believes it is his duty and responsibility to be active in making meaningful contributions to the party at a local level. Growing the club to be the largest YR organization in the state is his core focus for the upcoming year. In his professional life, he is a sales associate at CoStar, a commercial real estate information company.

Andrew Delaney

Vice Chair, Morristown

Andrew was born and raised in Morristown, and was exposed to politics from an early age. Andrew's father was first Republican mayor of Morristown in decades. He attended Delbarton for high school, Syracuse for undergrad and St. John’s for law school. After a 4-year stint in Texas, he returned to New Jersey in 2018, where he worked as the 11th Congressional district’s field organizer for the NJGOP. Andrew runs a law firm in Morristown specializing in residential real estate and criminal defense. Andrew is active locally, being the vice chair of the Morristown Republican Committee and a member of the Great Swamp Watershed Association. Andrew is currently raising his family in Morristown.

Joseph Bock Esq.

Treasurer, Boonton

Joseph Bock, Jr. Esq. serves as the Club Secretary for 2020. He has previously served the Morris County Young Republicans as Chairman (2016-17); State Committeeman (2015); Secretary (2018) and as Treasurer (2019). Mr. Bock is a real property tax appeal attorney at a prominent New Jersey law firm and has also served as Chairman of the Town of Boonton Republican Committee since 2018. Mr. Bock has previously served as Municipal Public Defender for Boonton Township and for Parsippany-Troy Hills Township. He was a member of the Varsity Football team and the College Republicans at Hamilton College from 2005-2009, and was a member of the Rutgers University-Newark School of Law Federalist Society from 2009-2012, serving as Chapter President from 2010-11.

Julie Laptaka, CPA

Secretary, Boonton Township

Julie Lapatka, CPA, of Boonton Township, will serve as the Board's Treasurer, a role that she previously held from 2014-2017. In that time period, Lapatka has also volunteered on many local campaigns. She received a degree in accounting from the University of Delaware in 2011 and has performed accounting, auditing, and financial services for several corporations. She was formerly professional figure skater and serves as a figure skating coach in her spare time.

Will Kinzer

State Commiteeman

Will Kinzer, a lifelong resident of Parsippany-Troy Hills, graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2018 with a BA in Political Science. Post-graduation, he worked as a Field Director on Jay Webber’s campaign for Congress. In 2019, he worked as a Legislative Aide in Assemblyman Jay Webber’s legislative office before moving over to run Asm. Webber’s successful re-election campaign as Campaign Manager. He now works in New York City as a Reinsurance Broker for Beach & Associates Ltd. and looks forward to staying involved with NJ Republican politics via the Morris County Young Republicans. In his free time, he plays rugby for the Morris Lions Rugby Club.

Michelle Gonnella

State Committeewoman, Long Hill Township

Michelle Gonnella is a proud resident of Morris County, from Long Hill township. Michelle has a passion for politics with years of experience and involvement in various organizations having founded the first Republican Club at her high school. Michelle attended Drew University, and was a Political Science major.  She was the President of the Drew College Republicans, a Civic Scholar, the President of the Student Philanthropy Ambassadors, and a member of the Gamma Kappa Alpha honor society.  As an Alumni, Michelle was selected to sit on Drew University’s Alumni Board, the executive arm of the University’s alumni affairs. Michelle also held positions with the New Jersey College Republicans as the Treasurer and Co-Chairman, and was an active volunteer for both gubernatorial and presidential races. Since graduating from college, Michelle has been pursuing her career as a member of the Global Events team for a top Fortune 500 company.  Michelle has also been a member of the Morris County Young Republicans for the past few years.
